With almost any diet there are plateaus where the weight loss isn’t as fast or even stops for a few weeks. If this happens on Dukan, first just wait a couple of days and see if your body adjusts and begins to lose weight again. If it lasts longer consider adding exercise to your diet to kick up weight loss. This could be as little as 20 minutes of exercise daily. Additionally step back and make sure you are following the diet correctly and haven’t added in fatty meats or starchy vegetables.
