Many people are shocked to learn that goji berries are in fact allowed during all phases of the diet. Even though goi berries are technically a dried fruit, due to their health benefits, they are allowed on the diet and can be a great food to incorporate. The recommended intake of goji berries is:

  • 1 tbsp per day during the Attack Phase
  • 1 tbps per day during the Cruise Phase on pure protein days
  • 2 tbsp per day during the Cruise Phase on protein and veggie days
  • 3 tbsp per day during the Consolidation phase
