One of my favorite things about the Dukan Diet from the start was being able to eat steak and being able to eat as much as I liked. On other diets I had tried red meat was usually very limited. This is one of my favorite steak recipes for a simple marinated and grilled flank steak infused with fresh herbs, mustard, and soy sauce. Works great hit or cold and is delicious for fajitas or a steak salad.
