Grilled chicken is a staple of almost any dieter, and definitely of any dieter on the Dukan Diet since it works at every phase, is low in calories, and can be eaten warm, cold, and with virtually anything. This chicken recipe is delicious and infused with lemon and rosemary. Plan on making lots of extra so that you have it around all week. If you are on Phase 2 (Cruise) or further forward you can eat this on a salad or with veggies for a complete meal.
