A staple for almost anyone following the Dukan Diet is deli meat. Personally I spent much too much money every week stocking up on all kinds of processed deli meats that just tasted ok and was full or preservatives and sodium. So I finally started making my own deli meats at home and cooking homemade ham, turkey, roast beef, and more. This is simple to make and tastes way better than traditional deli turkey.
