There are many options for what you can drink when you are on the Dukan Diet. During Dukan Phase 1 and Phase 2, you should try to stick to no calorie drinks. These could include:
- Any type of water including still, sparkling. You can also infuse your own water with lime or lemon
- Coffee and tea made without sugar. You may use sweetener such as Splenda, Equal, or Sweet & Low. You can use a small amount of low fat milk as well.
- Skim milk in limited quantities
- Iced tea without added sugar
- Diet sodas and drinks without any sugar
- Sugar free sports drinks
- Herbal tea
Additionally you should ensure you are drinking at least 1.5 liters of water daily.
