Dukan Cruise PhaseDuring the Cruise Phase you are allowed to add more foods to your diets including over 32 vegetables. During this phase you will reach your target weight. The length of this Dukan phase depends on how much weight you have to lose and offers multiple options for following the plan. |

Dukan Consolidation PhaseIn the Consolidation Phase of the Dr. Dukan plan you introduce a number of new foods to your diet including fruit, starches, wheat bread, cheese, and more. You also get to add in two celebration meals weekly that can include any food you want. This phase is all about maintenance and keeping the weight off. |
