Do you find yourself eating a lot of grilled chicken on the Dukan Diet? I know that I normally do and sometimes I want it to have some more spice and flavor. My favorite way to infuse some new flavor into chicken is to marinate it in a combination of lime juice and pepper. It’s a fun twist on a traditional lemon pepper flavor. Like lemon better? Just substitute it out for the lime and the recipe will work great. You can also add in fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley to the marinade.
