Who doesn’t love a good meatball? And this one is terrific. It takes a traditional meatball and adds middle eastern spices like mint, dill, and cumin. If you are eating lamb on the Dukan Diet you could also replace half the ground beef with lean ground lamb. Eat these on their own or serve them over spaghetti sauce or cauliflower rice.
Dukan Diet Middle Eastern Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (5-10% fat)
1/4 chopped onion
1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
3 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 egg
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
2. Take all of the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl. Do not over mix or they will become tough.
3. Roll out sixteen meatballs and place them on a baking sheet that is sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Cook for 20 minutes until completely cooked through.
