Salmon is something I eat a lot of on Dukan because it is always available and fresh. Normally I just bake it or toss it on the grill with salt and pepper, but I also love to marinate it before and this citrus marinade is delicious. It combines orange, lime, and lemon with fresh ginger and cilantro. Just be careful about how long you marinate it because eventually the citrus will start to cook the salmon.
