The best way to stay on track during the Attack phase is to ensure you always have delicious food ready in your home. Being ready helps you from reaching for the wrong type of food in a pinch and thinking that just one bite can’t hurt. Unfortunately at least for me, it is never just one bite. When I go off the rails, it is usually completely off the rails. So to avoid this, I always stock my fridge with healthy options.
